RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE
HEARING DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF TEXACO OF
COLORADO, INC. , DBA TEXACO OF COLORADO, INC. (STORE NO. 104)
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, at a public meeting on the 29th day of July, 1988 , heard
evidence to assist said Board in establishing the neighborhood to
be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site
inspection and set the hearing date concerning the application of
Texaco of Colorado, Inc. , dba Texaco of Colorado, Inc. (Store No.
104) , 10963 I-25 Access Road West and Highway 119 , Longmont,
Colorado 80501 , for a 3 .2% Beer License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described
area should comprise the neighborhood to be served concerning said
application, to-wit:
All of Sections 2 , 3 , 10 and 11, in Township 2
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Gene
Brantner be designated to make the on-site inspection for said
application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to
consider said application shall be scheduled for August 3 , 1988 ,
at the hour of 2 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
area be, and hereby is, declared to be the neighborhood to be
served concerning the application of Texaco of Colorado, Inc. , dba
Texaco of Colorado, Inc. (Store No. 104) , for a 3 . 2% Beer License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Gene
Brantner be, and hereby is, designated to make the on-site
inspection for said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date
concerning said application be, and hereby is, scheduled for
August 3 , 1988 , at the hour of 2 :00 p.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

Subject: 3. 2% Beer License Application - Texaco
An application for a 3 .2% Beer License has been filed by Texaco of
Colorado, Inc. (Store No. 104) , located at 10963 I-25 Access Road
West and Highway 119 . You must establish a neighborhood to be
served, set a hearing date, and designate a Commissioner to make
an on-site inspection.
The Board may wish to set the neighborhood to be served as:
Sections 2 , 3 , 10 and 11 , Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P.M.
We would recommend that the hearing to consider this request be
set for August 3 , 1988 , at 2 :00 P.M.
