RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUND FROM $600 .00 to $1 ,100 .00 FOR RECORDING
OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk and Recorder has formally requested that
the Change Fund for the Recording Office he increased from $600.00
to $1 , 100 . 00 to accommodate recent program changes , and
WHEREAS , said request has been reviewed by the Weld County
Finance Division and said Finance Division recommends that the
request be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request for an
increase in the Change Fund for the Recording Office from $600 .00
to $1 ,100.00 be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
January, A.D. , 1986.
