HomeMy WebLinkAbout860203.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE NEARING TO CONSIDER REVOCATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #511 ISSUED TO ARNOLD AND BEVERLY TETER WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County , Colorado , and WHEREAS , on February 19 , 1986 , a Show Cause Hearing was conducted to consider revocation of Use by Special Review Permit #511 , issued to Arnold and Beverly Teter, and WHEREAS , on February 10 , 1986 , Arnold and Beverly Teter were granted an amendment to their Use by Special Review bringing them into compliance , and WHEREAS , the Board deems that no further action is necessary regarding this matter. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that Use by Special Review Permit #511 has been amended and, at this time , there is no further action necessary regarding this matter. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of February , A.D. , 1986 . Lacy, Pro-Tem Commissioner Gene Brantner Commissioner C.W. Kirby Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Tommie Antuna Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison Planning Department representative, Keith _Schuett The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that _pursuant to a notice dated September 18, 1985, and duly published October 3, 1985, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was conducted to consider the revocation of Use by Special Review #511 issued to -Arnold and Beverly Teter. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Keith Schuett, representing the Planning Department, said the Board had approved an amended Use by Special Review for the Teter-s; therefore, this -matter has been resolved. Commissioner Lacy moved to dismiss this Show Cause hearing against -Arnold and Beverly Teter. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Brantner and carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 24th day of February, 1986.
