RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE NEARING TO CONSIDER
REVOCATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #511 ISSUED TO
ARNOLD AND BEVERLY TETER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County , Colorado , and
WHEREAS , on February 19 , 1986 , a Show Cause Hearing was
conducted to consider revocation of Use by Special Review Permit
#511 , issued to Arnold and Beverly Teter, and
WHEREAS , on February 10 , 1986 , Arnold and Beverly Teter were
granted an amendment to their Use by Special Review bringing them
into compliance , and
WHEREAS , the Board deems that no further action is necessary
regarding this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that Use by Special Review
Permit #511 has been amended and, at this time , there is no
further action necessary regarding this matter.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
February , A.D. , 1986 .

RE: HEARING TO SHOW CAUSE FOR REVOCATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW #511
- ARNOLD AND BEVERLY TETER
A public tearing was conducted on February 19, 1986, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Chairman
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner
Commissioner C.W. Kirby
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Tommie Antuna
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department representative, Keith _Schuett
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that _pursuant to a notice dated September 18, 1985,
and duly published October 3, 1985, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public
hearing was conducted to consider the revocation of Use by Special
Review #511 issued to -Arnold and Beverly Teter. Lee Morrison,
Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Keith Schuett,
representing the Planning Department, said the Board had approved an
amended Use by Special Review for the Teter-s; therefore, this -matter
has been resolved. Commissioner Lacy moved to dismiss this Show Cause
hearing against -Arnold and Beverly Teter. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Brantner and carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 24th day of February, 1986.

g31.3.2 BUILDINGS for confinement or protection of
LIVESTOCK, -within the limitations defined in

Section 31.5, Bulk Requirements;
31.3.3 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS for persons customarily
employed at or engaged in FARMING, RANCHING, or
GARDENING subject to the additional requirements
of Section 43;

subject to the provisions of Section 44

located in Weld County, subject to the pro-

31.4.2 Agricultural Service establishments primarily
l engaged in performing agricultural, animal
husbandry, or horticultural services on a fee or
contract basis, including:
*Sorting, -grading, and packing fruits and

OFFSET: The horizontal distance between any
BUILDING and a LOT line, other than a STREET
right-of-way line.
OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION FACILITIES: Consist of the
oil or gas well, pumps, heater treaters, and TANK
BATTERY all of which must be connected, functional El

OIL AND GAS STORAGE FACILITY: One or more tanks
which receive and store oil or gas from sources
other than direct from the oil and gas well.

1. Parking and maintenance of exploration,
production, or workover equipment; or
2. Equipment and storage yards for road and
pipeline construction contractors, and

4. Storage and rental yards for pipe and
production equipment; or
5. Field offices used by production related
records and maintenance personnel; or
6. Disposal and recycling sites for production
waste (except production water disposed
through either SECONDARY RECOVERY or deep well
disposal methods and the mode of transport to
such injection wells is exclusively via
pipeline from the source and no on site
storage occurs) , except, businesses whose
activities are primarily manufacturing and
fabricating or whose use . is primarily for
general company offices used by other than
company officials.
OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT: A zoning district
superimposed over the UNDERLYING ZONING DISTRICT
which places further restrictions upon land USES.
These restrictions are intended to protect the
public health, safety and welfare from man-made and
