HomeMy WebLinkAbout860779.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1199 - MAX & JOSIE MARTINEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 6th day of August , 1986, considered the request of Max and Josie Martinez for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 9 and the N1 of Lot 10 , Block 5 , east side addition of Eaton, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions : 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) The existing structures located on the property shall not be used on any basis as a dwelling or as overnight or temporary housing for any person; and 4) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request he for the following reasons: WILL WILL NOT X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive -Plan. The setbacks are 20' from the road right-of-way, offsets _are a minimum of 3' or 1' for each 3' of -building height, whichever is greater, and the separation distance of 6' between the eaves of the R-3 Classified Structure (mobile home) and the M.
