WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, o u Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the . � O affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and U pAq i o WHEREAS, in accordance with 530-20-607 , Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended, a statement of expenses and apportionment oZ has been filed with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and O O WHEREAS, pursuant to §30-20-608 , Colorado Revised Statutes, a and Weld County Ordinance No. 126 , Section 11 , there has been :: w proper notice of this hearing and of the cost of the improvements, the portion to be paid by Weld County, the share of portion to the lot, and u, co c.) oz WHEREAS, there were no complaints or objections and there rH appears to be no reason to make modifications to the statement of © CO apportionment filed herein and attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit "A, " and � ] in as in w WHEREAS, the Board finds that the property described in roExhibit B attached hereto, has specially benefited from the proposed improvements for the reasons: a. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County o O Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado: 0 NO u That the owners of the property described in Exhibit "B, " • attached hereto are hereby assessed the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN AND FIFTY-ONE 0 HUNDREDTHS DOLLARS ($939,967.51) , which shall be the cost of the o improvements and expenses less the contribution of Weld County in 0 W 2 the sum of $175 ,000.00 and including the interest on any bonds O issued to the time the first installment of the assessment is made payable. '-4 vim BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments will be due and payable without demand within thirty (30) days after the effective • date of this Resolution, but in the event the owner of the real CO▪ u property shall fail to pay the whole of such assessment against x his or her property within said thirty (30) days, then the whole cost of the improvements so assessed against each such property � E+ shall be payable in ten (10) annual, equal installments toward o a principal with semi-annual payments on June 1 and December 1 �w a towards interest in the net effective interest rate of 10.6%.
