NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County o O Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado: 0 NO u That the owners of the property described in Exhibit "B, " • attached hereto are hereby assessed the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN AND FIFTY-ONE 0 HUNDREDTHS DOLLARS ($939,967.51) , which shall be the cost of the o improvements and expenses less the contribution of Weld County in 0 W 2 the sum of $175 ,000.00 and including the interest on any bonds O issued to the time the first installment of the assessment is made payable. '-4 vim BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments will be due and payable without demand within thirty (30) days after the effective • date of this Resolution, but in the event the owner of the real CO▪ u property shall fail to pay the whole of such assessment against x his or her property within said thirty (30) days, then the whole cost of the improvements so assessed against each such property � E+ shall be payable in ten (10) annual, equal installments toward o a principal with semi-annual payments on June 1 and December 1 �w a towards interest in the net effective interest rate of 10.6%.
