RE: -SET SHOW CAUSE NEARING ₹'OR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW #686 -
BERNARD AND CHERYL HOOGLAND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute -and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of 1'Jel-d County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 22 , 1986 , a Probable Cause Hearing was
held to determine whether Bernard and Cheryl Boogland are in
violation of Development Standards 2 , 6 , 11 and 12 of Use by
Special Review #68-6 , being located in Part of the Eh Ek, Section
17 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board, after reviewing the evidence and
testimony presented in this matter, found that there is probable
cause to schedule a Show Cause Hearing to determine whether Use by
Special Review #6-86 , issued to Bernard and Cheryl Hoogland, should
be revoked for failure to comply with the above mentioned
Development Standards, and
WHEREAS, said Stow Cause Hearing shall be scheduled for
February 26 , 1986 , at 2 :00 p.m. , at which time the Board shall
hear evidence and testimony from all interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a Show Cause Hearing
be scheduled to consider the revocation of 1Jse by Special 32evi-w
#6-86 , issued to Bernard and Cheryl Hoogland, for failure to comply
with the above listed Development Standards.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said Show Cause
Hearing shall be scheduled for February 26 , 1986 , at 2 :00 p.m. , in
the First Floor Hearing Room of the Weld County Centennial Center.
