Enclosed 'For Board Approval is an amendment to the Area Agency on Aging
Agreement with Dahlgren/Cain Marketing Associates.
This amendment increases the total award to Dahlgren/Cain from $3,000 to
$3,430, allowing the Area Agency to upgrade the paper stock and increase
the size of two brochures specified under the original agreement.

PURCHASE OF SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
THIS AGREEMENT., made and entered into this U/ day of January, 1989,
by and between the Weld County Area Agency on Aging,Division of Human Resources,
Weld County Government, hereinafter referred to as "AAA" and Dahlgren/Cain Marketing
Associates, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor".
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, AAA desires to upgrade the quality of the two brochures to be developed
under the original agreement to include additional copy, improved paper stock and two
color print, and
WHEREAS, AAA and CONTRACTOR are desirous of amending the original agreement of
September 14, 1988, to award additional monies to CONTRACTOR.
NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed:
1. The AAA will increase the award from $3,000 to $3,430.
2. CONTRACTOR will upgrade the paperstock, increase the size of the brochures
to accommodate more copy and larger type, and utilize two color ink.
3. ALL other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in
effect unless otherwise stated in the Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment on the day
first written above.
