I. , Weld Co. , Colorado. Planning Services members : We are opposed to having a manufactured home next door to our brick home . Wouldn' t you be? The homes in this area are all newer homes. Not one of us was permitted to move in a manufactured home at the time we constructed our homes, why should it be any different now? We fear the down-grading of our area by the injection of a manufactured home. We foresee difficulty in re-sale of our home if this is allowed. We also foresee the value of our home to decrease. There is a place for manufactured homes just two miles south . If Ben Hernandez wishes a maufactured home, why doesn ' t he set it up in Lochwood, a planned maunfactured home community. To reiterate, we do not want a manufactured home in Green Acres. Sincerely, Eugene J. DePinto and Mary` Arin DePinto (Mrs. Eugene J. ) IR -J.--- ",-. , ) kl \ H .. , . I si,... -) \ 1 \\ — vr.IA Vim. To Whom It May Concern; I Bennie J. & Deborah I. Hernandez are requesting a zoning for a manufactured home to be placed on a foundation on our property Lot 9 Block 4 due to the fact we have found one that meets our family needs, and which also has the requirements that are listed in you zoning regulations code which are as follows, the exterior wood siding and a shingled pitched roof, with an overall exterior look of an professional built home. For the most important reason for this request is the manufactured home is more affordable for us than to have a contractor to come and build a home with the similar floor plan.
