RESOLUTION RE: PETITION TO VACATE
ABANDON AND CLOSE CO-TUTY ROAD:
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by more than two-thirds of the owners of
lands adjoining the county public road between Sections 7 and 18, Township 7,
North, Range 60 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, requesting that said rotd,
described herein, be vacated, abandoned and closed, has been presented to The
Board of Couuty Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and,
WHEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it Appears that
the necessities of the public no longer require a county road between sai$!'seetions
7 and 18, Township 7 North, Range 60 West of the 6th Principe.* Merida: ftn,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby n;-aered that the road
between Sections 7 and 18, Township 7 North, Range 60 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, being one mile in length, be and here) , is vacated, abandoned and ordered
clos'ed.'
The resolution was, on motiord ly' made and seconded, adopted by the

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the

publi9'require a County wagon roadtfr laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
