Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. This letter and the attached documents and letters will address all of the application requirements that are requested for the Subdivision Exemp- tion. The Southeast Quarter is primarily irrigated land. The Westerly 80 Acres is an irrigated farm and has been established by irrigated fields and ditches. There are • no improvments on this tract and it is NOT being included in this application. There are two sets of improvements on the Easterly 80- Acres of the Southeast Quarter. The older improvements date back to the mid 1930' s and were modernized when we purchased the farm in 1973. A brother, Cedric, and his wife Mary Pineda live in this home. The second home, located on 4.51 Acres of land in the South- east Corner of the Southeast Quarter was constructed in 1976 for our Mother, Mrs. Mildred Pineda. This Subdivision Exemption is being requested to allow her the security and lifetime use of her home. The attached legal description on this tract was prepared in 1976 for mortgage purposes. The remaining 751- Acres of farm will not be adversely affected by this division. Complete legal descriptions will be prepared on the remaining land in the Southeast Quarter through land survey to divide the land according to the present lines of use and irrigation ditches and as part of a proposed Recorded Exemption concurrently being submitted for County review.
