RESOLUTION RE: GRANT ACCESSORY DWELLING PERMIT NO. 22 - P & A TURKEY FARMS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 30th day of October, 1985 , considered the request of P & A Turkey Farms to place a dwelling on a parcel of land to be used as an accessory dwelling to a farm, and WHEREAS, said accessory dwelling is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Eh SEa of Section 28 , Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
