PE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEED TO JOHN LEONE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed
to John Leone, and
WHEREAS, said Quit Claim Deed concerns property described as
follows:
All that part of the North One-Half (Ni) of
the North One-Half (Ni ) of the Northwest
One-Quarter (NW*) , Section 31 , Township 6
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, lying West of the private
road right-of-way, over and across a strip of
land twenty (20) feet wide, as conveyed by
Deed recorded July 28 , 1903 , in Book 207 , at
Page 398 .
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it
appropriate to approve and execute said Quit Claim Deed, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed
between Weld County and John Leone be, and hereby is, approved,
said document to be recorded in the office of the Weld County
Clerk and Recorder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Quit Claim Deed.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
February, A.D. , 1988 .
