RE: DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY - 1958 SPARTAN MOBILE HOME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners was advised that,
through tax sale , the County had acquired a 1958 Spartan mobile
home, Serial Number 84528305 , and there does not appear to be a
County need for said mobile home, and
WHEREAS , said mobile home is in such condition that its
removal cost would exceed the anticipated sales price , and
WHEREAS, Union Colony Bank held a mortgage on the mobile home
prior to the tax deed and has offered to pay back taxes of $174 . 58
for said mobile home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the offer of Union
Colony Bank , in the amount of $174 . 58 for the 1958 Spartan mobile
home be, and hereby is , accepted .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to convey title of the above mobile home to
Union Colony Bank of Greeley, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
June, A.D. , 1987 .
