Petitioner failed to file an "Exempt Property Report" due to a
change in the Petitioner's church staff. The above property
has been tax exempt and Petitioner has filed "Exempt Property
Reports" for all other years. In addition, there appears to
he a discrepency on the Weld County tax assessor computer re-
garding the tax exempt status of the subject property.

RESOLUTION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Weld County,
State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 14th day
of December , A.D. 19 88 , at which meeting there were present the following
members. Chairman Gene R. Brantner and Commissioners C.W. Kirby, Jacqueline
Johnson, and Frank Yamaguchi, with Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy being absent
notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present having been given to the taxpayer and
the Assessor of said County and said Assessor Richard Keirnes and taxpayer
represented by Wayne Burkamp being present; and (name)

Pursuant to our telephone conversation on December 2, 1988, the hearing to
consider the petitions of Faith Bible Baptist Church for tax abatement or
refund on the properties described as: CR 17360-D PT NW4 1 5 66 (Tax years
1984 and 1985) and CR 17360-F PT NW4 1 5 66 (Tax years 1984, 1985, 1986 and
1987) has been rescheduled. This meeting is now scheduled for Wednesday,
December 14, 1988, at 9:00 A.M. at which time you may be heard.
The meeting will be held in the Chambers of the Board, Weld County
Centennial Center, First Floor, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, at the
above specified time.
