RE: GRANT REQUEST OF BEEBE DRAW FARMS TO PRE-ADVERTISE HEARING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Beebe Draw Farms has submitted a letter to the Board
requesting that a hearing to consider an amendment to a Planned
Unit Development be pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to grant
said request and set the hearing to consider this matter for April
19 , 1989 , at 10 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Beebe
Draw Farms to pre-advertise a hearing be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said hearing be, and
hereby is, set for April 19 , 1989 , at 10 :00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
March, A.D. , 1989 .

Re: Request to Preadvertise
Dear Tommie:
The undersigned has submitted an application to the Department of
Planning Services for an Amendment to the -PUD District of Beebe Draw Farms
and -Equestrian Center. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for
the -April 4, 1989 agenda.
We respectfully request that the County Commission grant our request to
pr-eadvertise this matter for the County Commission agenda of April 19th. Its
very important for us to save this time if we are going to be able to start
work this summer.
We will appear before the Commission at whatever time is scheduled, and
-will pay all of the costs associated with the preadvertising.
