RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL FRICK TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the North Colorado
Medical Center Board of Trustees, due to the resignation of Dennis
Kohan, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Frick be
appointed to said Board, for a term to expire January 10 , 1989 ,
and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to appoint Michael
Frick to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Michael Frick be , and
hereby is , appointed to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees , with his term to expire January 10 , 1989 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
May, A.D. , 1986 .
