INSPECTOR'S REPORT
NAME: Charter Gas Resources
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Pt. SW14 of Section 24, T2N, R63W of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
DATE: June 10, 1985 TIME: P.M.
CASE NUMBER: SUP-274:75:1
During my inspection of SUP-274, I learned that Charter Gas Resources had
sold the facility to Crystal Gas around 1978. In 1982 Damson Gas purchased
the facility from Crystal Gas.
In my inspection, I had the opportunity to talk to the maintenance foreman,
Glen.
Glen informed me that Crystal Gas had added some additional tanks and
structures.
I observed 8 product storage tanks as well as an additional building for
booster compressor for the facility. They have 12 main compressors in the
compressor building. Damson gas has provided 50 fire extinguishers for the
facility.
The facility is well kept and has been brought up to date when needed with a
new chain link fence surrounding the property and better lighting.
The facility is run 14 hours a day and three is always a crew on hand to
monitor the production.
All operations are in compliance with the standards, including the expansion
of the tank according to the statements of 18 & 19.
