RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED EQUIPMENT FROM THE CITY OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
require that all used property be purchased by Board Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Finance Department has
recommended the purchase of a used AB Dick Offset Printing Press
with T-head and super inker; a power paper cutter; and a paper
folder from the City of Greeley, at a total cost of $8 , 500. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the
purchase of the above described used printing press, paper cutter,
and paper folder from the City of Greeley, at a cost of $8, 500. 00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
August, A.D. , 1989 .
