To the Contractor: You are directed to make the following changes or
modifications to the work. All other terms and conditions of the contract
expressly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect:
CHANGE:
1. A. ADD- trash rack shown by detail on Plan Sheet 23 .
B. CHANGE- striping width from 5" to 4" and ADD- 6 turn
arrows and 6 each, word "Only" .
C. ADD- 8 rectangular traffic signs shown on Sheet 32
of the plans.
2. ADD- 4258 sy 8" base furnished by Owner and placed by
Contractor.
3 . ADD- 2 foot shoulder along acceleration and decelera-
tion lanes on "O" Street.
