RE: APPROVE TWO QUIT CLAIM DEEDS CONCERNING OIL, GAS, AND OTHER
MINERAL INTERESTS LOCATED IN NW4, SECTION 30 , TOWNSHIP 5
NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST, AND THE SW4 , SECTION 19 , TOWNSHIP 5
NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to
disclaim any rights which it may have in the oil, gas, and other
mineral interests located in the NW4, Section 30 , Township 5
North , Range 67 West, and the SW4, Section 19 , Township 5 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
to approve two Quit Claim Deeds conveying all oil, gas , and
mineral interests the Board may have to the present owners, copies
of said Deeds being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the two Quit Claim
Deeds for the hereinabove mentioned parcel , conveying all oil ,
gas , and other mineral interests the Board may have to the present
owners be, and hereby are, approved .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be , and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Quit Claim Deeds .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
March, A.D. , 1987 .
