Debbie de Besche, representing the Planning Department, stated that a sign was not posted on the property ten days prior to this hearing as required; therefore, the staff recommends that this matter be continued to December 17, 1986, at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Lacy moved to continue this hearing to December 17, 1986, at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Yamaguchi seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
