RE: GRANT COUNTY DANCE HALL LICENSE NUMBER 187 , ISSUED TO LUCKY
STAR CORPORATION, D/B/A LUCKY STAR BAR AND GRILL, - EXPIRES
DECEMBER 31 , 1989 , AT 12 : 00 MIDNIGHT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Lucky Star Corporation, d/b/a Lucky Star Bar and
Grill , has presented to the Board of County Commissioners an
application for a County Dance License to hold public dances at
the location described as follows :
33131 Highway 85 , Lucerne, Colorado 80646
WHEREAS , said applicant has paid to Weld County the sum of
TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25 .00) for said County Dance Hall
License, and
WHEREAS, having examined said application, the Board deems it
appropriate to grant a County Dance Hall License to Lucky Star
Corporation, d/b/a Lucky Star Bar and Grill, and
WHEREAS , said license shall be issued upon the express
condition and agreement that the public dances will be conducted
in strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado, and any
violation thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dance Hall License
Number 187 be, and hereby is , granted to Lucky Star Corporation,
d/b/a Lucky Star Bar and Grill, to conduct dances at the
hereinabove described location.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said License Number
187 shall be in effect through 12: 00 o'clock midnight, December
31 , 1989 , conditional upon the applicant conducting all dances in
strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado.

thereof.
The undersigned hereby makes application for a County Dance Hall License, under the provisions
of Title 12, Article 18, CRS, 1973 as amended, and for that purpose makes the following

false answer or statement made by the applicant constitutes perjury and the person making such
statements subjects any license issued herein to revocation.
