RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BERT DIECK TO WELD COUNTY HOUSING
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bert Dieck be appointed
to said Board , with his term to expire September 13 , 1991 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Bert Dieck to the Weld
County Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Bert Dieck be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Housing Authority Board,
with his term to expire September 13 , 1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
September, A.D. , 1988 .
