On motion duly made and seconded, it was, RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado sign the easement for removal of gravel from the tract in the Southeast Quarter, Section 26, Township 2 N. , Range 65 West, as described in the easement hereto attached and made a part of this resolution.
