RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF DENNIS KOHAN AND APPOINTMENT OF MYRA
MONFORT, KENNETH LIND AND JULIANNE HAEFELI TO THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to reappoint Dennis Kohan to said Board for a term to expire on
the 2nd Tuesday in January, 1989 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint Myra Monfort and Kenneth Lind to said Board for terms
to commence January 14 , 1986 , and expire on the 2nd Tuesday in
January, 1989 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint Julianne Haefeli to said Board, to fill the unexpired
term of Tom Futo, whose term is to expire on the 2nd Tuesday in
January, 1987 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Myra Monfort, Kenneth
Lind and Julianne Haefeli be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center for terms as
stated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dennis Kohan be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center for the term stated herein.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
