RE: APPOINTMENT OF BEVERLY J. MILLER TO THE WELD COUNTY HOUSING
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority due to the resignation of Charles Erickson , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Beverly J. Miller be
appointed to said Housing Authority with her term to expire
September 13 , 1987 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Beverly J. Miller be ,
and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Housing Authority with
her term to expire September 13 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
March, A.D. , 1985 .
