RE: AUTHORIZE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE DUPLICATE TAX SALE
CERTIFICATES TO GUS AND ALICE M. VETTER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has
requested authority to issue duplicate Tax Sale Certificates No.
67 , No. 70 and No. 71 of the 1982 Tax Sale, issued by the Weld
County Treasurer to Gus and Alice M. Vetter, which Certificates
have been lost, misplaced, stolen or destroyed, covering the 1981
taxes on the following described properties , to-wit:

No. 70 SE' Sec 26 T5 R67 Exc beg at SE cor
W561 ' N45 . 2 ' to S R/W Greeley
Loveland Canal NEly to Northernmost
pt of R/W in Sec 26 SEly on R/W of

to beg.
No. 71 NE' Sec 26 T5 R67W
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has presented Lost
Instrument Bonds for the Board' s approval and acceptance, to
indemnify him and Weld County against loss by reason of issuing
said duplicate Tax Sale Certificates , copies of said Bonds are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it to be in the best interest of
Weld County to authorize the Weld County Treasurer to issue
duplicate Tax Sale Certificates under proper circumstances of
indemnification of both the Weld County Treasurer and Weld County,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County
Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be, and hereby is , authorized to
issue duplicate Tax Sale Certificates No. 67 , No. 70 and No. 71 of
the 1982 Tax Sale to Gus and Alice M. Vetter, subject to receiving
proper bonds , in the proper amount, as complete indemnification of
the Weld County Treasurer and Weld County, Colorado.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of

satisfaction of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
and they have by proper Order entered a record authorizing the issuance of a

of the 19 82 Tax Sale with all subsequent endorsements thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, If the said Obligors shall save the County of
Weld and keep harmless the County and all of its officials from all damages,
suits and claims of whatever nature, occasioned by the issuance of said
duplicate Tax Sale Certificate without the surrender of the original, then
