RE: APPOINTMENT OF DICK KINNISON, MARTHA LAPP AND ROBERT ARMIJO,
AND REAPPOINTMENT OF CHUCK CUNLIFFE TO THE WELD COUNTY
PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the the Weld
County Personnel Grievance Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dick Kinnison (elected
by the Road and Bridge and Engineering employees) , Martha Lapp
(elected by the Ambulance, Health and Human Resources employees)
and Robert Armijo be appointed to the Weld County Personnel
Grievance Board with terms to expire March 1 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Chuck Cunliffe be
reappointed to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board with his
term to expire March 1 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named persons to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dick Kinnison, Martha
Lapp and Robert Armijo be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld
County Personnel Grievance Board with terms to expire on March 1 ,
1987 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Chuck Cunliffe be,
and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Personnel Grievance
Board with his term to expire on March 1 , 1987 .

Per work session on Monday, March 4, 1985, the Cannissioners have selected
Chuck Cunliffe term effective 3/1/85 to 3/1/87
Robert Armijo term effective 3/1/85 to 3/1/87
These are two of the management members on the Grievance Board which are
selected by the Meld County Commissioners.
Per elections held within the Road & Bridge, Engineering Departments:
