Dear Mr. Johnson:
Please accept this letter as my official resignation from the
Greeley Weld County Airport Authority Board, effective January 1,
1986 or as soon thereafter as a replacement member can be ap-
pointed.
I have enjoyed my tenure as an Airport Authority Board member.
However, I now feel that I cannot serve this board in a capacity
that would compliment me or the Board because of other commitments.
My interest in aviation is as keen today as ever and for this
reason, I regret having to leave.
