CASE NUMBER: SUP-461 and SUP-462
I inspected the property to check on SUP-461 and 462. Special Use Permit
#461 was for an expansion of an egg production facility. The expansion
never took place due to the economy. The property owners stated that if the
economy should change they would expand their present production.
Special Use Permit #642 was for a manure composting facility. Without the
expansion of the egg production facility the manure composting facility was
not needed.
The property is in compliance.
