Dear Mrs. Woitzel:
Mr. Bauncartnor callod at our office yesterday and he stated that
you had not callod on him relative to trying, to work out an agree-
ment for use of the proposed road, as petitioned, as you had agreed •
to do.
Unless some arrangement, satisfactory to all concorned, can be
worked out before July 31st, wo shall be forced to act on the
petition now on file in our office.

the signatures of owners of the land adjoining the road which
you propose to have opened.
Also, the petition should be signed by the resident
property owners who live within two miles of the proposed
road. Be sure that each signer indicates the description of
his property under the heading designated for such.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Cok.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: 964,401/4/44/
being one mile in length and lying between Sections 7 and 18, in
Township 7 North, Range 60 West.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described, and
we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us
each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld. , the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
