Home My WebLink About871061.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOP BALL AEROSPACE SYSTEMS DIVISION WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on the 5th day of August, 1987 , at 2 : 00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the application of Ball Aerospace Systems Division, P.O. Box 1062 , Mail Drop BE-7 , Boulder, Colorado 80306 , requesting a Final P.U.D. Plan, and WHEREAS , there were only three Commissioners present at the hearing of August 5 , 1987 , and WHEREAS , Vern Nelson, of Nelson Engineers , represented the applicant and requested that the hearing be continued to a date when all Commissioners will be present , and WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to continue the hearing to August 12 , at 2 :00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners , of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider a Final P.U.D. Morrison Planning Department representative, Rod Allison The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 22, 1987, and duly published July 2, 1987, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request from Ball Aerospace Systems Division for a Final Planned Unit Development Plan. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Chairman Lacy stated that since there are only three Commissioners present today, the applicant can request a continuance until the full Board is present. Vern Nelson, of Nelson Engineers, representing the applicant, requested that this hearing be continued to a date when a full Board will be present. Commissioner Kirby moved to table this matter until August 12, at 2:00 p.m. The motion, seconded by Commissioner Yamaguchi, carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 10th day of August, 1987.
