RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GENE BRANTNER TO 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , due to the resignation of Jackie Johnson, a vacancy
currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gene
Brantner to said Board, with his term to expire July 13 , 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Gene Brantner be, and
hereby is, appointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, with his term to expire July 13 , 1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
December, A.D. , 1988 .
