RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE TAX DEEDS ON
CERTAIN PARCELS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has
requested permission to issue tax deeds on the following County
Certificates, to-wit:
Co Ctf 877/1980 - Imps on GW R/W SE' Sec 7 T5 R67 (Gove)
Co Ctf 466/1981 - Lots 15 & 16 Block 35 Le Roys Keota
Co Ctf 614/1981 - 19/64 Int in Non-Producing M I in SEa
Sec 30 T8 R66
Co Ctf 760/1981 - Lots 19 & 20 Block 6 Carr
Co Ctf 801/1981 - Lot 34 Block 1 Parkview Estates
Frederick
Co Ctf 1074/1981 - Lot 19 Block 4 Buckingham
Co Ctf 1075/1981 - Lots 5 & 6 Block 3 Buckingham
Co Ctf 1076/1981 - Lot 5 Block 7 1st Add Buckingham
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to authorize Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer,
to issue tax deeds on said parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is , authorized to issue tax
deeds on the above described County Certificates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said certificates.
