RE: APPOINTMENT, REAPPOINTMENTS , AND REASSIGNMENTS OF RICHARD
FOOSE, WILLIAM LANSING, BOB ALLISON, AND FLOYD OLIVER TO THE
ROAD AND BRIDGE ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , several vacancies currently exist on the Road and
Bridge Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Richard Foose replace
Marc Allard in District 2 , with his term to expire March 1 , 1992 ,
and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that William Lansing be
reappointed to District 4 , with his term to expire March 1 , 1992 ,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bob Allison be
reappointed to said Board, and reassigned from District 3 to an
at-large position which was formerly held by Floyd Oliver, with
his term to expire March 1 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Floyd Oliver be
reassigned to District 3 , with his term to expire March 1 , 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Richard Foose,
William Lansing, Bob Allison and Floyd Oliver be, and hereby are,
appointed, reappointed , and reassigned to the Road and Bridge
Advisory Board , with their terms to expire as hereinabove stated.

RE: APPOINTMENTS
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
March, A.D. , 1989 .
