RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO RESOLUTION RE: SITE SPECIFIC
DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT - ASSOCIATED
NATURAL GAS , INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated October 19 , 1988 ,
approve the request of Associated Natural Gas , Inc. , for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an oil and
gas support and service facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NW* NW* of Section 8 , Township 7
North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, Development Standard Number 9 of said Resolution
contained typographical errors , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to correct Development
Standard Number 9 contained in said Resolution as follows
(underlining indicates changes) :
9 . Maximum permissible noise level shall not exceed the
industrial limit of 80 dB (A) , as measured according to
25-12-102 , Colorado Revised Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Development Standard
Number 9 of said Resolution be, and hereby is, corrected to read
as stated above.
