Commissioner Sanden offered the following

resolution and moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, there has been filed with this Board
a petition for the vacation and abandonment of certain
• roads described as follows:
"Close all main roads running to and from
inside of plat-mark 4 miles square on out
side in Sections 25-24-13-12-11-10-9-16-
21-28-27 and 26, Township 5 K. Range &l_.",

The Board'having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying ant of the road as recommended by the viewers,It was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the rood therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrant in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of mid road,and notify the
Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a petition heretofore pre-
sented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, the said
Commissioners have appointed three Road Viewers to meet at point

We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described; and
we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us
each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Jr I'D , t% receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
