To Whom it May Concern:
It is my request that the Weld County Department of Planning Services grant
a Subdivision exemption on a parcel of land I have recently purchased in the
1100 block of North First Ave.
This exemption is necessary for me to get a loan committment in order to build
a home on the property.
As the property exists, the ratio between the value of the land and the value
of the home we propose to build on the property is not satisfactory for lending
institutions to approve such a loan. This fact necessitates exempting off a
smaller portion on which to build a home and bringing the ratio between home
and land value into its proper balance.
Please find enclosed :legal description and sketch of the property as it exists
and the proposed change.
