RE: APPROVE STATEMENT OF CONCURRENCE AND AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Statement of
Concurrence and Agreement concerning Radiological Emergency
Response Plans for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said Statement, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and authorize the Chairman to
sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Statement of
Concurrence and Agreement concerning Radiological Emergency
Response Plans for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station
be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Statement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
September, A.D. , 1989 .

Radiological Emergency Response Plans
for the
Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station
We, the undersigned, do hereby concur in the provisions of the
Colorado Radiological Emergency Response Plan (Annex 24, State
Emergency Operations Plan) and the Weld County Contingency Plan for
the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station Radiological Emergency
Response Plan, as revised in August, 1989.
By affixing our signatures, we each do make and enter into a
mutual agreement to perform, or cause to be performed by our
subordinate organizations and employees, the roles and
responsibilities set forth in these plans.
