AMEND SECTION 20 . 1 by: Delete "1982" and replace with "1985" and add "Division I and II , " after Chapter 1 in the text. One set of approved plans, specifications and computations shall be retained by the Building Official for a period of not less than 90 days from date of completion of the work therein. One set of approved plans and specifications shall be returned to the applicant, and shall be kept on the site of the building or work at all times during which the work authorized thereby is in progress. Plans for other than one and two family dwellings shall be permanently retained by the Building Official. AMEND SECTION 30 .5. 3 to read: Temporary Certificate. A temporary Certificate of Occupancy may be issued by the Building Official for the use of a portion or portions of the building or structure prior to completion of the entire building or structure. After final inspections , when it is found that the mobile home z m complies with the provisions of this Code or as can be occ reasonably determined, the Building Official shall issue a Certificate of Final Inspection. The Certificate of Final Inspection shall be obtained no later than 180 days after the mobile home building permit is issued. R, - Failure to obtain the Certificate of Final Inspection 73 o within the 180 day period will be sufficient reason to consider the mobile home in violation of this code. o a AMEND SECTION 71 . 4 . 2 to read: zo Certificate of Final Inspection. After finalta inspections , when it is found that the manufactured home complies with the provisions of this Code or as can be reasonably determined, the Building Official shall issue o a Certificate of Final Inspection. The Certificate of o Final Inspection shall be obtained no later than 180 n days after the manufactured home building permit is o rn issued. Failure to obtain the Certificate of Final Inspection within the 180 day period will be sufficient reason to consider the manufactured home in violation of this code. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held or decided to be invalid or unconstitutional , such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion. The Board of County Commissioners hereby declares that it would have passed the Ordinance , and each and every section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections , subsections , paragraphs, sentences , clauses , or phrases might be declared to be unconstitutional and invalid.
