Dear Mr. Gruner:
Thank you for your April 22 letter regarding Mr. Gene Gurley and the dog
kennel located on his property.
The property was inspected to determine if the Development Standards for
Special Use Permit #405 are in compliance.
It was determined that the kennel operation is in compliance with the
Development Standards as approved for Special Use Permit #405. Therefore,
the kennel operation is not in violation and the Weld County Planning
Department is unable to pursue your complaint any further.
This office is ready to be of assistance in clarifying or answering any
