With this addition the sloping crickets will remain. The insulation will come from the upper roof materials and will be repurchased. The added insulation to the lower roof will assist in drainage which will lower the water load. Provide new fleshings to suit change in roof slope in area t"Btt from level condition to 1/8" per foot slope. flashing previously fabricated for a "zero" slope condition shall remain the property of Weld County. Increase of change order #1 includes all labor and materials to do the above changes. Not valid until signed by both the Owner and Architect.
