RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
-Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Raymond L. Mora be
appointed to said Board, with his term to expire December 31 ,
1990 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James Adams, Jerry
Kiefer, and Donald Mason be reappointed to said Board, with their
terms to expire December 31 , 1990 , and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named individuals to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Raymond L. Mora be,
and hereby is , appointed to the Board of Adjustment, with his term
to expire December 31 , 1990 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that James Adams, Jerry
Kiefer, and Donald Mason be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31 , 1990 .
7Phe above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
December, A.D. , 1987 .
