WARE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 6th day of November, 1985 , considered the request of Victoria LeMay and Esther E. Ware for a mobile home to be used as a second accessory structure, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as Lot 3 , Block 52 , Aristocrat Ranchettes, 2nd Filing, Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Victoria LeMay and Esther E. Ware for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a second accessory structure on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted. It was sitting on the property when we purchased it in 1978 !rim Bob and Janet Green, who paid off Mr. Barclay with the purchase money. We assumed it had all the permits on it when we bought it. The other two mobile homes were also purchased in 1978 and used as sheds only. The 1965 Ranchero was purchased to move into since the furnace was shot in the 1959 Melody but we no more than moved into it than lightning hit it and destroyed the wiring. So we purchased a furnace for the 1959 Melody and moved back into it. Since than the 1965 Ranchero and the 1960 Melody have only been used as sheds.
