RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1098 - VICTORIA LeMAY AND ESTHER
E. WARE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 6th day of November, 1985 , considered the request
of Victoria LeMay and Esther E. Ware for a mobile home to be used
as a second accessory structure, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as Lot 3 , Block 52 , Aristocrat Ranchettes,
2nd Filing, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Victoria LeMay and Esther E. Ware for permission to place a mobile
home to be used as a second accessory structure on the above
described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with
Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
November, A.D. , 1985 .

This request is for one mobile home to be used as a second accessory

Legal Description of Parcel: Lot 3, Block 52, Aristocrat Ranchettes 2nd
Filing.
Location: Approximately 11 miles northeast of Ft. Lupton, east of Weld
County Road 31 and south of Weld County Road 18.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

COMMENTS:
The applicant's request for the first accessory structure mobile home will
be reviewed by staff following the Board of County Commissioners ruling on
the proposed principal dwelling. (ZPMH-1098) .
The Department of Planning Services has received no objections to this
proposal.

Gentlemen:
This is to inform you that the 1959 Melody Home that
we are requesting the zoning permit for, has been sitting on
the acre at 15468 Iamb and used as a residence since 1972
as far as we can ascertain.
It was sitting on the property when we purchased it in 1978
!rim Bob and Janet Green, who paid off Mr. Barclay with the
purchase money. We assumed it had all the permits on it when
we bought it. The other two mobile homes were also purchased
in 1978 and used as sheds only. The 1965 Ranchero was purchased
to move into since the furnace was shot in the 1959 Melody
but we no more than moved into it than lightning hit it and
destroyed the wiring. So we purchased a furnace for the 1959
Melody and moved back into it. Since than the 1965 Ranchero
and the 1960 Melody have only been used as sheds.
We integd to take them off their wheels and use them
permanently where they are at and put a roof over both making
them one shed, or barn a--; you will.
