KENT REITZ AND REAPPOINTMENT OF JULIANNE HAEFELI TO NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees , and WHEREAS, it has been recommended that L. Kent Reitz be appointed to replace June Steinmark on said Board with his term to be from December 27 , 1989, through January 9 , 1993 , and WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Julianne Haefeli be reappointed to said Board, with her term to expire January 9 , 1993, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint and reappoint the above named individuals to said Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that L. Kent Reitz be, and hereby is, appointed to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees , with his term to be from December 27 , 1989 , through January 9, 1993.
