RE: APPROVE REQUEST FROM WINNY ENTERPRISES , INC. , DBA PIZZA HUT
RESTAURANTS , TO CHANGE, ALTER OR MODIFY PREMISES
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board has been presented with a request from
Winny Enterprises, Inc. , dba Pizza Hut Restaurants, for permission
to change, alter or modify its premises , in connection with its
license for the sale of 3 . 2% fermented malt beverages for
consumption on the premises only, and
WHEREAS, said request concerns a twelve-foot extension on the
back of the premises located at 2525 8th Avenue, Greeley,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from
Winny Enterprises, Inc. , dba Pizza Hut Restaurants, for permission
to change, alter or modify its premises as hereinabove stated, be,
and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
January, A.D. , 1988 .

REQUEST TO CHANGE, ALTER OR MODIFY PREMISES
NOTE: A retail or wholesale licensee may make no physical change,alteration or modification of the licensed premises which
materially or substantially alter the licensed premises or its usage from the plans and specifications submitted at the
time the original license was obtained unless prior request is made on this form and prior written consent obtained
from the local and state licensing authorities. Consent of the licensing authorities is not necessary before a licensee
paints or redecorates the licensed premises; installs or replaces electrical fixtures or equipment,plumbing,refrigerat-
ion,air conditioning or heating fixtures and equipment;lowers ceilings,installs or replacesfloor coverings;or replaces
furniture and equipment.Questions concerning whether to obtain prior consent of the licensing authorities shall be
addressed to the State and Local Licensing Authorities.

Colorado Liquor Code Regulation 47-106.2 or Colorado Beer Code Regulation 46-106.3 All answers must be
