RESOLWTION OPENING
ROAD ALONG W SIDE
OF SECTION 29-2w65:
Commissioner Warren offered the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to this Board
bearing a sufficient number of signers for a 30' road to be opened
on the west side of Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 65 West :
and ,
WHEREAS, the public interests require that a road be
op ened along the west side of Section 29, Township 2, North,
Range 65 West, and,
WHEREAS, the County will not be required to do any
grading or fencing in connection with the opening of this road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a County wagon
road be opened as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of
Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 65 West, and extending one
mile South, being a road Thirty feet wide off the west side of
Section 29, Township 2,North, Range 65 West.
The resolution was, on motion duty seconded , adopted
by the following vote :

We return herewith road petition: you will note
that the petition was for a sixty foot road between Sections
29 and 30 and while you

signers

for the NEi of Section 30.
I think #f you would change the petition to read :
"Commencing at the N.W. corner of Sectiono 91Township
2 the
North, Range 65 West, and extending iSouth"Board could declare a road open for a width of 30
feet this
distance but we would do no grading or fencing whatever.
If you are unable to get signers for the !1E ':
of Section 30 and will change the heading to read as above
and return to this office, it will recieve considerations.

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the

which is hereby acknowledged, and of thaaying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
