of Weld County and Disabled American Veterans Agency (DAV)
Enclosed for Board approval is an Addendum to the Non-Financial Agreement
between Employment Services of Weld County and the Disabled American
Veterans Agency. The original agreement provides the Disabled American
Veterans Agency access to Employment Services' suppressed microfiche.
Through this Addendum, Employment Services wishes to lend the Disabled
American Veterans Agency a microfiche viewer on which DAV clients may
view microfiche provided by Employment Services.

ADDENDUM
Be it understood that the Division of Human Resources' Employment
Services, hereinafter referred to as "Employment Services", will
provide, on a loan basis, a microfiche viewer (Inventory Number
2pjthe Disabled American Veterans Agency, hereinafter
re erred to as gency" .
The loan of this equipment will enable Agency clients to view
the microfiche provided to the Agency by Employment Services as
described in the attached non-financial agreement by and between
the Disabled American Veterans Agency and the Division of Human
Resources' Employment Services.
