RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICES ON WELD COUNTY ROAD 164
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board has received a request from the residents
on Weld County Road 164 between Weld County Roads 1 and 3 for the
installation of traffic control devices, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to refer said request
to the Engineering Department for its recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of the
residents on Weld County Road 16} between Weld County Roads 1 and
3 be, and hereby is, referred to the Engineering Department for
its recommendation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
October, A.D. , 1989 .
