Attn: Tommie Antuna 1 A 4 On January 16, Sunshine Valley -Petroleum Corporation filed an Application for Amendment to Use by Stecial Review 717:85:64 with the Weld County Planning Department. Pursuant to a Resolution of the Board dated June -6, 1984, Sunshine Valley respectfully reiluests preadvertising in connection with this Application. She compelling reason for preadvertising is to avoid any further inconvenience to the landowners upon whose lands six oil anf gas wells have been drilled but not completed (fending outcome of the Application) . The involved lands are being farmed, and these lands must be restored promptly in order that they may be properly pre-pared Tor early planting. Restoration, however, must await completion, which will be delayed pending the outcome of the Amendment request.
